There is something missing in the recipe. You wrote '2 glass of water' in the 1nd row in the table of contents. What is 1 glass of water?

I tried it too and the flour was too much, so it was hard. But it may be related to the quality of the materials put in. I live in Russia, there is no yogurt here, there is something similar but creamier in the yogurt called smetana, maybe that's why :)

Hello, Fulden, you are right, the material change is unfortunately very effective. As you know, our yogurts are more juicy. Love…

On the second line of the recipe, it says 1 subardagi, 1 glass of water, I wonder if it can be yogurt :) I hope it is yogurt because I'm starting to make it :)))

Milk or Yogurt doesn't matter. Yogurt makes it a little more full, as I understand from the photo, it is a tight cake.

The flour is too much, the dough is really stiff, I diluted it with milk and mineral water, it became a cake consistency, it was good.

It's very urgent: I have done this now, the dough is very hard, is it normal, or do I need to add something liquid like oil/water/milk? how should it be? I expected it to be like a normal cake, it was much harder than the earlobe...

Hello Dilek, the recipe is from our friend Ferda. I don't know the exact consistency, but if you want to soften the dough by adding a little more yogurt to it. Only the white cheese softens in the heat and is watered, for example, eggs with cheese. There may also be a possibility that the dough will soften later. Take it easy.

Thank you, I did, but I saw the response late, when I do it again, I will add more yogurt – a friend suggested I add more oil, this time it was too oily, but it was still good, I can't make a pie, it was like a pie:D I wish I could try more of your recipes even though I'm on vacation xD

I always make this cake, I use the measures in the recipe, the result is amazing. The dough does not become liquid, it becomes a little firm, but it does not affect the result.

On this occasion, thank you very much to the owner of the recipe ;)
