Ingredients for Potato Cake (raw) Recipe

  • 2 Egg
  • 3/4 cup of oil
  • 1 glasses of yoghurt
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 package baking powder
  • Flour as much as it takes.
  • Salt.

For the above:

  • sesame and black cumin

How to Make Potato Cake (raw) Recipe?

  1. Beat 2 eggs well. Add the oil, yoghurt and salt and continue whisking.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add gradually. It will be a dough like a regular cake.
  3. Cut the potatoes into quarters, and cut these four pieces into thinner slices than the french fries and add to the dough. Add the chopped parsley and mix the dough well. (The dough will solidify as the potato gets into it.)
  4. Spread the dough evenly and evenly on the greased tray. Sprinkle sesame and black cumin seeds on it. Bake at 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes. (Do not grate the potatoes, I think, because it spoils its consistency and flavor, chop it as in the recipe)
  5. This recipe can be considered as a potato pie, practical and delicious. You can add seasoning if you want. . . ENJOY YOUR MEAL…

Potato cake is a cake that I make very often, but when you put onion and meatball seasoning in this cake, it becomes even better. My friends and wife love it and they are hepisters from me :)))
