Carrot cakes
Finally, I was able to get a recipe from my dear friend Gönül :) When I went to her for work, she said, look, I made a cake; I was only able to get a small fork as I was on a diet. But believe me, I am fascinated by its taste. It has a very nice and soft consistency, and you have already enjoyed it. Thank you very much for your recipe. We are waiting for more of your recipes :)
Materials:
3 Egg
Half a Cup of Oil
2 Cups of Sugar
3 Cups of Grated Carrots
3 cups flour
1 Cup of Coarse Chopped Walnuts
2 Cups of Yogurt
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
Fabrication:
Beat the yogurt, eggs and sugar well. Add the oil and continue whisking.
Sift three cups of flour into a wide plastic bowl. Add the grated carrot.
Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix with a wooden spoon.
Oil it, pour it into the mold you have floured and sprinkle a little oil on it, about 175 minutes at 50 degrees. Bake (until toothpick comes out clean).
