I couldn't convince my friends that I made this cake. It looked like it was bought from a patisserie :) But seriously, both its appearance and taste do not look like a patisserie cake or even exceed it. A practical and easy-to-use recipe. By the way, I bought mini mini heart shaped silicone cake molds, you'll love it if you see it :) I'll try different recipes with them, I'll post photos soon...

I want to try your Nilay hn recipe, but I'm afraid to try coffee cup-measured recipes. Is it possible to write down the amount of flour in grams at least, if not, I want to try the recipe that will make my coffee cup tomorrow. thanks

hello, I just made your recipe in a small mold for the first time and I couldn't get it right, I put too much and they overflowed into the molds :) but they are very tasty, but my wife liked it very much, because the overflowing ones were crunchy :) I realized that I should be more careful with my next try :)

If you place paper mini cake molds into silicone cups, the silicone cups stay clean.

Thanks for the recipe, I tried it and it was very successful. In my second cooking, I reduced the sugar to three cups and added a cup of milk, I added the zest of a lemon by grating it, the result was super. Unbelievably swelled, the image is amazing, the taste is great, I recommend it.

Hello to Hal, you can also make it with milk. It is enough to put it in equal proportion.

I just made it, too, if the amount of coffee is a little less, it would be better, and since there is no silicone mold, they were not as good as in the picture, unfortunately, but the taste is good.

Is it necessary to put silicone molds in a paper mold, how about we lubricate and use it directly?

Well, it was great, of course, we didn't have a cupcake silicone holder, it only had paper, its shapes were strange, but it was still magnificent, I'll buy a silicone one tomorrow :))

    Hello there,
Can we use this recipe in a muffin tin instead of muffin cups? (perhaps the dimensions may be small, by increasing the rough gmre)
