Ingredients for Carrot Cinnamon Cocoa Cake Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
  • 3 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 package baking powder
  • ¾ cup of yogurt
  • 2,5 water glass flour
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil or hazelnut oil

How to Make Carrot Cinnamon Cocoa Cake Recipe?

  1. Peel and grate the carrot. Beat the sugar and the room temperature egg until it foams 3-4 times (white).
  2. Then add vanillin, oil and yogurt and continue mixing. When completely mixed, add flour, cinnamon, cocoa and carrot and mix.
  3. When the mixture comes to a consistency, add the baking soda and mix 3-4 more times.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Before taking it out of the oven, check with a toothpick whether it is cooked or not. If the toothpick comes out dry, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
  6. Slice the cooled cake and serve.

    I made this cake with molasses instead of sugar and used wholemeal flour. Taste was perfect. Since all the ingredients I used were organic, its taste was very good. Thanks for the recipe.
