Orange Jam Cake

Ingredients for Orange Jam Cake Recipe
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 glass of orange juice
- 1 finger missing oil from 1 glass of water
- 1 eggs
- 2 cups flour (I make sure to sift it, I also sift the baking powder and vanilla)
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 orange zest
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa (always my preference, I love its taste)
How to Make Orange Jam Cake Recipe?
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer (about 5 minutes) until foamy.
- We add oil, orange juice, orange zest and then add the sifted flour along with vanilla and baking powder and mix.
- We pour more than half of the ingredients into the greased cake mold. We add 2 teaspoons of cocoa and 4 teaspoons of water to the remaining mixture and mix.
- We pour it into the cake mold, mix the cake dough in the mold with circular movements from bottom to top with the spiral end of the mixer and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
