Ingredients for Orange Jam Cake Recipe

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 glass of orange juice
• 1 finger missing oil from 1 glass of water
• 1 eggs
• 2 glasses of flour (I always sift with baking powder and vanilla)
• 1 pkg baking powder
• 1 pkg vanilla
• 1 orange zest
• 2 dessert spoons of cocoa (always my choice. I like the taste)

How to Make Orange Jam Cake Recipe?

• Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer (about 5 minutes) until foamy.
• Add the oil, orange juice, orange zest, and then add the sifted flour with vanilla and baking powder and mix.
• We pour more than half of the material into the cake mold we greased. Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa and 4 teaspoons of water to the remaining mixture and mix.
• We pour it into the cake mold and mix the cake dough in the mold with circular movements from the bottom to the top with the spiral tip of the mixer and bake it in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
