Potato Cheese Cake
Mrs. Kezban, health to your hands. Your cake is delicious, you can understand how delicious it is even when you look at the photo. Iftar I'm sure it will be perfect with tea after or in the sahur. Love…
Materials:
- 4 eggs
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 package baking powder
- flour
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 100-150 g of feta cheese
- dill
Fabrication:
- Beat the eggs until frothy.
- Add yoghurt, milk liquid and continue whisking.
- After adding the flour and baking powder, add the potato cut into small cubes, cheese and dill and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Pour it on a greased baking tray, sprinkle with sesame seeds if you wish, and bake in the preheated oven until it suffocates.
When you say as much flour as it takes, how much flour do you mean?? Will it be like cake batter? Will it be more runny because it will thicken as the potato enters?…
I always make this cake. I grate a carrot in it and chop a couple of green peppers, try it small, my skin is delicious.
Serve warm.Something wonderful.
Can you explain what it means to cook until you sigh?
When you insert a fork or toothpick, the dough should come out clean without sticking, or when you press lightly on it, it should rise back like a sponge;)))
Ms. Tugba, I added salt while boiling the potatoes, the cheese was salty enough.
But if you want, you can add 1/2 teaspoon :)
The cake looks good, but don't we add salt, only the salt of the cheese is enough??
Well done to Mrs. Kezban, this cake is really delicious
I make the potato cake very often. I love everything with potatoes anyway :) Good luck to you..
