Pear Cake
This week passed with activities from Thursday to Sunday. That's why I couldn't share a recipe with you over the weekend. But I will try to please you with a recipe that will add color and flavor to the most depressed day of the week :)
pear dessertWhen I took the bag to prepare it, I noticed that 2-3 pears were bruised and soft compared to the others. I set them aside as I thought they might scatter in the pot if I used them in dessert.
After the dessert was cooked, I started to think about what I could do with the pears lying on the side. A recipe I tried years ago came to my mind and a pear cake came out.
Cinnamon really suits the pear cake. You can strengthen the taste even more by adding 1 cup of crushed walnuts. Love…
