Carrot Cinnamon Cake

The famous Carrot Cinnamon Cake, as a matter of fact, we once called it unemployed man cake we were saying. Those who watch the movie will know :) It has been one of the most loved and commented recipes on my blog. Years later, I wanted to share this delicious cake, which I decorated with small carrots, with a video.
This recipe is the recipe that I have loved for years, which has now become my classic formula, and I made it flexible by adding and removing many ingredients. Unlike this, I prepared purple carrot cake You can also prepare the recipe using regular carrots.

Ingredients for Carrot Cinnamon Cake Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 1 tea cup oil
To decorate:
optional whipped cream
How to Make Carrot Cinnamon Cake Recipe?
- Set aside the peeled and grated carrot.
- Crack the eggs into a deep whisk. Add granulated sugar on top and whisk until the sugar dissolves completely and it becomes 3-4 times more solid.
- Add the oil and yogurt and continue whisking.
- When completely mixed, add flour, vanillin and baking powder and whisk.
- When the mixture becomes smooth, add cinnamon and carrot and continue mixing.
- Grease and flour the cake mold. Turn the mold upside down and pour excess flour.
- Pour the cake mix into the mold.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
- Before taking it out of the oven, check with a toothpick whether it is cooked or not. If the toothpick comes out dry, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
- Serve by slicing.
