Sauteed Chicken with Curry Sauce and Cashew Nuts

Chicken, curry and cashew nuts go well together. If you add some vegetables left at home, too. It turns out to be a delicious meal.

Since I bought the wok, I have started to prepare sautéed and noodle dishes more often. Wok pans vary in quality, but the common feature of all of them is that they are covered with a wide, deep and non-stick surface.

I bought my wok pan from Real for 10 liras when it was on sale. When this disintegrates, I'm thinking of buying the ones sold at Ikea for 17 liras, in short, there is no need to buy something very expensive to use at home.

When buying a wok pan, make sure it is light, so it's easier to cook with artistic movements :)

To make it softer, you can marinate the chicken 1 night in advance with olive oil, soy sauce, onions and curry. But if you don't want to deal with it, all you have to do is fit the lid of one of the pots at home on your wok pan.
