  • 300 g curd cheese
  • 50 g full fat feta cheese
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (topped)
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • oil for frying

How to Make Cheese Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Take the curd cheese in a deep bag. Add white cheese, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and dill and knead well.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes until the breadcrumbs absorb the moisture from the mixture.
  3. Take some of the mixture with the help of 1 spoon and shape it by smoothing it with another spoon. If you want, you can also roll it with your hands and give it a meatball shape.
  4. Heat the oil in the pan and drop the meatballs into the pan one by one.
  5. Since the meatballs will be soft, cook by turning them carefully with the help of a spatula until all the surfaces are browned.
  6. Take the cooked cheese patties on a plate lined with paper towels and serve after they absorb the oil.
