Kadayif Semolina Dessert
Hello Dear Friends,
Consuming all kinds of milk desserts, I realized that I haven't been cooking a milky semolina dessert for almost a year :) I said why don't I mix it with kadai and raise the level a little more while I'm cooking it, and here is the result :)
Kadayifs are the same in kadayif pudding We prepare it by frying as in the other. If you want, you can add some granulated sugar while roasting, but I didn't need it.
Meanwhile, when it's time caramelized peach or cherry semolina dessert Don't forget to try my recipes too :)

Ingredients for Kadayif Semolina Dessert Recipe
- 1 liter milk
- 1,5 cup powdered sugar
- 1 glass of semolina
- 1 spoonful butter
- 100 g fresh kadayif
- 1 tablespoon of butter for frying the kadayif
How to Make Kadayif Semolina Dessert Recipe?
- Chop the kadayıf with the help of a knife and crumble it. Take the butter in a medium sized Teflon pan. Add the kadaifs on top and fry them until they turn brown.
- Set the discolored kadayifs aside to cool.
- Mix sugar, semolina and milk in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it reaches a custard consistency.
- Just before you take your boiling dessert (it will produce small bubbles) from the stove, add the butter and mix it quickly.
- If desired, spread half of the roasted kadayif in small bowls or a medium-sized borek.
- Pour the dessert and spread the remaining kadayif on top.
- Let it rest until it comes to room temperature and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- If you prepared it in small containers, take it out of the containers, and if you prepared it in my pyrex, serve it by slicing.
