Semolina Dessert with Orange Jelly
Hello Dear Friends,
Some recipes reach a completely different dimension not only with their taste but also with the memories hidden within them. This recipe is the same for me. I still remember the smell of the orange trees that colored the gardens where we played when we were little.
I also love preparing different recipes with the fragrant citrus fruits from our garden and having them accompany our new stories, just like in those days. I have had many touches on semolina dessert over time, but my favorite recipe has always been the one with orange…
Today, it came to my mind again and I wanted to bring together @filizmakarna's semolina and orange. I immediately ran to the kitchen. I prepared a sweet and sour orange sauce with the oranges I collected from my garden.
Filiz Makarna's #ThisFoodYourStory journey combined with my love of semolina dessert and this delicious plate emerged.
If you have a story that you enjoy sharing and the memories accumulated while sharing, you can share it with me in the comments…
I am giving you the recipe of how @filizmakarna's #ThisFoodYourStory journey, where he brings his traditional food heritage to the kitchens, intersects with my love of semolina dessert:
