Unleavened Flatbread
Hello dear Friends,
Unleavened Yogurt Pie my recipe is one of the most tried recipes by you these days :) yoghurt patties The day I made it, I made flatbread with half of the dough. Both the pancakes I fried in oil and the flatbreads I made in a pan without oil were very good. This time I added very little baking soda to make it a little fluffier.
If you have it at home, add it, otherwise you can't add it. Even if the dough is unleavened, it is good to rest for 10-15 minutes after kneading. As you open the meringues, you can see the difference between the ones you opened and the rest while they are cooking.
