Ingredients for Salmon Meatballs Recipe

  • 200 g skinless and boneless Norwegian salmon fillet
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • very little oil for frying

How to Make Salmon Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Chop the salmon fillet into chunks and place in the food processor. Add 1 clove of garlic on top and pass it through the robot until it's like minced meat.
  2. Add salt and breadcrumbs and pass through the robot again.
  3. Take the mixture you have prepared and put it on a plate. Add chopped black pepper, spring onion and parsley on top and knead.
  4. Cut off 9-10 pieces according to the size and roll them in your hand to give the shape of meatballs.
  5. Lightly oil the pan and fry the meatballs front to back.
  6. Serve hot with greens.
