Concentrated Plum Juice

Full Red plum its time is now, both its taste and color are great. It is also possible to find plenty in the markets. Especially if you have it in your garden, don't enjoy it :) It's a good method to put red plums in the freezer and boil them whenever you feel like it, but if you have an external freezer... plum concentrate It allows you to save space. Throw it in the fridge before use, dilute it with cold water and drink it :)
I this time in the plum I didn't remove the core like I did. I threw it straight into the pot. Be careful not to stir the plums after they start to cook so that your plum concentrate does not become cloudy. Also, do not strain the pulp by crushing it so that the water does not become cloudy.
Also from plum pulp you can make red plum marmalade :)

Ingredients for Concentrated Plum Juice Recipe
- 1 g red plum
- 1 – 1,5 cups of granulated sugar
- 1,5 liters of water
- 2 cloves of dried cloves
- optionally 1 stick of cinnamon
How to Make Concentrated Plum Juice Recipe?
- Wash the plums and put them in the pot. Add granulated sugar, cloves, water and cinnamon if you are going to use it, and take it to the middle of the stove.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes.
- Strain the cooked plums with the help of a wire strainer while they are hot.
- Leave it in the strainer for 5 minutes to allow the plums to drain a little more.
- After the plum juice has cooled, add cold water according to your taste and serve.
