Release Date: 26-06-2015
Hello Dear Friends,
We've arrived on the 10th day of Ramadan :) Thank you for your wonderful feedback on the menus I publish every day! I hope we will continue with the same energy and joy for the next 20 days :)
If you haven't tried kadayif bowls, one of the most popular desserts of the last period, you should definitely try it. While preparing this recipe, you should use the fresh kadayifs you will get from the yufka baker.
The preparation part is very practical. I'm sure you'll love the crispy flavor that comes out when you grind the fresh kadaifs, mix them with melted butter and powdered sugar and bake them.
You can prepare the dishes in advance and keep them for 1-2 days.
Love…
