Heavenly Date Cake with Walnuts

I have a delicious cake recipe that will make you feel the colors of autumn on your palate. This cake will suit your table as much as persimmons and walnuts go together.

Ingredients for Walnut Paradise Date Cake Recipe

How to Make Walnut Paradise Date Cake Recipe?

1. Blend 2 soft dates in a blender.
2. Take date puree, sunflower oil and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the eggs and continue whisking.
4. Then add the spices, flour and baking powder and mix.
5. Add the walnuts to the cake dough. Mix with spatula.
6. Grease the cake mold you will use. Pour the cake mixture into the mold, slightly more than half the size of the mold. 
7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. (Check by inserting a toothpick or knife; if it comes out clean, it is cooked.) 
8. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes. Remove the cake from its container and slice it into slices to serve.
