  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cup of grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 package baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 glasses of yoghurt
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

How to Make a Cake That Will Make Your Guests Jealous, Carrot Cinnamon Walnut Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat the granulated sugar and egg in a deep whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved and fluffy.
  2. Add the oil and yogurt and continue whisking.
  3. When fully mixed, add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and whisk.
  4. When the mixture becomes smooth, add the carrot and continue mixing.
  5. Finally, add the walnuts and mix with the help of a spatula.
  6. Line the baton cake mold with greaseproof paper, if you are going to use a regular cake mold, oil and flour your mold.
  7. Pour the cake mix into the mold and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until it comes out dry (approximately 55-60 minutes).
  9. Remove the completely cooled cake from the mold and serve by slicing.
