While preparing the cake, make sure that all the ingredients are fresh and at room temperature. You can use pyrex, cuffed mold, baton or classic mold. Do not forget to lubricate the mold :) Casting is a bit more difficult because it retains the heat more because it is thick. You see, the edges are very fried, the inside is wet, then I reduce the heat to 110 degrees and cook for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients for Two Color Cake Recipe

  • 3 eggs (large)
  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 2 cup of flour (heaped)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • Butter for lubricating the mold

How to Make Two Color Cake Recipe?

  1. Take the eggs into the mixer bowl, add sugar and fluff until they turn white and foamy.
  2. Add milk and oil and beat a little more.
  3. Add vanilla, baking powder and flour and beat until there are no lumps.
  4. Take half of the cake mix you have prepared in another bowl or cream squeezing bag. Add cocoa to the remaining half of the mixer and beat.
  5. Pour some cocoa cake mix into the greased cake mold. Then the plain cake mix.
  6. Continue pouring into the mold in this order until both doughs are finished. Finally, mix it with a skewer or pipette.
  7. Bake the marbling cake mix you prepared in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 22-25 minutes.
  8. Before taking it out of the oven, check whether it is cooked with the help of a skewer.
  9. Take the baked cake out of the oven, remove it from the mold when it has cooled completely.
  10. Pour chocolate sauce upon request. Serve by slicing.
