Ingredients for Cranberry Sorbet Recipe
- ½ pound cranberries
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 liters of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
How to Make Cranberry Sorbet Recipe?
- If you have cranberries, remove the small green stalks and wash them.
- Add sugar, cranberries, cinnamon and cloves to 2 liters of water and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the syrup turns red.
- Let the syrup cool in the pan. Take the syrup that comes to room temperature into a jug and put it in the refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
