There is a feverish work at home, so I have a cake order for 40 people for Saturday.

Don't worry, as soon as I'm done, I'll share the photos with you. Love…

So, when the cranberries I bought for dinner came out soft, I thought I'd make them in the size you gave me. It really tasted delicious. I will have guests next week, it will definitely be on my table, thank you.

We bought half a kilo of cranberries, my mother tried to make jam, but it turned out to be crushed marmalade :D I put 1-2 tablespoons of our marmalade, which was accidentally found in a small jar, then I closed the cold water lid and shook it well, when I put it in the glass, foam formed on it and I tried it by adding cinnamon and lemon juice in the same way. very good :D of course we should not forget the ice ;)

A friend brought some cranberries yesterday and I found this place while I was thinking about what to do. I didn't know what to do with 2 cases of cranberries. Now we drink sherbet all year :) By the way, ladies, is there anything else I tried to eat from this cranberry, it has a very sour taste, it is inedible. Let me tell you.

Madam, you can try to make marmalade. It is very rich in vitamin C, you can even use it as a sauce on breakfast or dessert on ice cream in winter :)

Well done, but this is cranberry compote. For cranberry syrup, half a kilo of cranberries, 1 glass of sugar, (can be increased according to demand) 4 glasses of water. After all of them are thoroughly boiled, they are cooled and passed through a wire strainer by pressing. If it gets thick, you can dilute it. Enjoy your meal…:))

There was about 300 gr. cranberries at home. I made the material measurements according to my head. Since I like sugar less, I put 1,5 cups of water. I served it with ice. It was very good.

I don't know how many cranberries I have, but I think half or a kilo of sugar should be enough.
