I remember the first time I made a cake tart years ago, but I never thought it would be loved this much :)

I wouldn't be exaggerating if I say that it has become the new favorite of many ladies because it can be prepared with much less ingredients than a normal cake and can handle a lot of ornaments.

The reason why it is called cake tart is because it is baked in a tart mold, but this tart mold tray is not one of the reserved ones.

As you can see in the construction photos, it is one piece, but the bottom is hollow. The cake bakes and fills the entire mold. It comes off easily after it cools, of course, I still recommend you to ensure your work by oiling and flouring and shaking off the excess flour.

You can buy this tart mold from large supermarkets, or from shops selling pastry products. The mold size is 30 cm and the dimensions I gave are exact for this mold. If you reduce it and make it in full size without increasing it, you will get perfect results for a 30 cm mold.

Be careful not to boil the apples too much, just boil them enough to stretch. If you say you can't set it, you can put it in a glass bowl filled with water in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes.

For the Cake Tart:

  • 2 medium egg
  • 2 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt,
  • 1 half a teaspoon of oil,
  • 2,5 tea glass of flour
  • 1 pack Pakmaya Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pakmaya Vanillin

For the cream:

  • 1 Pack Pakmaya Vanilla Cinnamon Pudding
  • 1,5 water glass milk

For the top:

  • 2-3 green apples
  • 1 bowl of cherries

How to Make Pudding Cake Tart Recipe?

  1. Grease and flour the Cake Tart tin and shake off excess flour and set aside.
  2. Take the eggs into the whisking bowl, add granulated sugar on top and whisk until foamy.
  3. Add the yogurt and oil and continue whisking.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and whisk until completely mixed.
  5. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees (approximately 20-15 minutes).
  6. Set the baked cake aside to cool.
  7. Cut the apples into two parts, remove the core and slice as thinly as possible. Put the sliced ​​apples in a pot of water and boil them until they soften slightly. Drain the boiled apples and remove the juice with a towel.
  8. Cook your Vanilla Cinnamon Pudding with 1,5 cups of milk until it thickens. Allow it to cool by stirring for 1 minute to remove the first heat.
  9. Remove the cooled cake from the mold. Pour the pudding you prepared into the pit.
  10. Serve garnished with apple slices and cherries.
