On a cheerful and busy Wednesday evening, I shuttle between the kitchen, studio and computer to finish the work I couldn't finish. In this hustle and bustle, I decided to make something cute and delicious just for myself. I used to prepare low-material but effective cupcakes with the cocoa and cream biscuits I took out of my wire cabinet.
12 cakes come out of the dough I prepared. 2 packets of biscuits are enough for the dough and base of the cakes. It is entirely up to you whether or not to do the embellishment part.
By the way, I have a very nice surprise for you soon. A project that we have been preparing for a long time is about to come to life. Maybe we can get a chance to cook together soon.

Ingredients for Creamy Biscuit Cupcake Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- half a glass of milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 pc baking powder
- 2 water glass flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 cocoa cream biscuits
For the cupcake bases:
- 12 cocoa cream biscuits
For the above:
- 1 pack of whipped cream
- 1 pack of biscuits
How to Make Creamy Biscuit Cupcake Recipe?
- Beat the eggs and granulated sugar at high speed until it becomes like snow.
- Add milk and oil and continue mixing. Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture.
- When it is completely mixed, add the biscuits that you break with your hands and cut into small pieces into the dough and mix with a spatula.
- Place the cupcake papers in the cupcake pan. Place 1 whole biscuit inside the papers and distribute the cake mixture on it with the help of a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes and remove from the oven.
- After the cakes have cooled, whisk the milk and whipped cream and pour over them.
- Serve with biscuits cut into two parts.
