Ingredients for Eggplant Pastry Recipe
:- 3 pieces of dough
- 3 medium eggplants
- 1 large capia pepper
- 2 piece of charliston pepper
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 1 medium onion
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tea glass of hot water
- salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of grape vinegar
- 1 tablespoons of flour
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- 1 tea glass of water
For the top:
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame
How to Make Eggplant Pastry Recipe?
- Chop the onion and peppers. Peel the eggplants and cut them into cubes. Peel and chop the tomatoes.
- Let the chopped eggplants rest in warm salty water for about 10 minutes.
- Fry the onion and pepper respectively. Add the tomato paste and continue roasting.
- Add the eggplants, salt and pepper, fry the tomatoes a little, then add their water and cook until the eggplants soften.
- Set the cooked stuffing aside to cool. Whisk the sauce ingredients.
- Spread the dough, spread the sauce and fold it from the edge to the middle to form a square.
- Spread one-third of the eggplant mixture into strips. Roll the dough and slice it. Place it on the baking tray.
- Spread the remaining sauce on top. After applying egg yolk, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
