Hello everyone,

While the winter continues with all its violence, I am enjoying what is at home today. I guess I will look for this joy tomorrow :)

Yesterday I went into the kitchen just for myself and decided to cook something casual. I made preliminary preparations and took photos for some articles that I had in mind for a long time and felt lacking. After the intensity of the last 3 months, such an active rest has been very good for me.

I feel the need for a good book these days. As a matter of fact, it's a bit of a disgrace for a book lover like me to be able to read only about my job and spare time for other things in recent months. I guess now is a good time to sort through what I've already taken and set aside.

delicious cake making

Anyway, the cake that I baked on its own made me very happy. I think my energy went into the cake, my wife liked it too. He even liked it so much that he packed the cake that I cut only 2 slices of and took it to his colleagues :)

To add flavor to the flavor of this cake, whipped cream, homemade caramel sauce and I suggest you serve it with a well-brewed cup of tea.

Apple pies

Love…

Hello, I used a loaf cake mold, it was not cooked inside, it has been in the oven for exactly an hour, and the top is burned. I don't think it makes any sense to put grapes on it, they all got burned.

Hello, this is one of my tried and loved cake recipes. Since the amount of apples is high, if your oven temperature rises more than necessary, the wet inside of the mold may burn. Next, after the cake rises, I recommend reducing the temperature to 130-140 and cooking it until the inside comes out dry. Thus, it does not burn. Yours sincerely

Hello, I tried the cake, but it is too much for a normal cake mold, and I think it is due to the ciscivik. mold, as it is inside, even though it has been in the oven for 40 minutes and the top is overcooked, but it would be better if you indicate that people's cakes do not get wasted.

Hello Ms. Esra, the mold I used was a standard sized nut (rectangular) mold. Since it contains more fruit than normal cakes, it is normal for it to cook slowly. Different ovens can distribute heat differently. If the top is overcooked and the inside remains soft, you can reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees and cook for a longer time. Thus, it does not burn while the inside is cooking. love.

Hi Nihal, the caramel sauce and whipped cream that I mentioned in the front article are the extra flavors you can use when serving after the cake is cooked. So you don't use it while cooking the recipe. Yours sincerely

    Hello,

I tried the cake, it tasted very good, but because of the apples in it, it was a little doughy, maybe I didn't know if it would be better if we grated and roasted it.

How did it get folded like that? Also, don't those apples dipped on top of it sink to the bottom? It looks very nice. I will try as soon as possible..

It keeps it because it has cubed apples in it. The reason it is folded is because it is very thinly sliced. thanks

Hello Didem, I am checking the inside of the cake at the end of the time with the help of a stick. Continue cooking until the inside is dry. If the top is very fried and the inside is a little more moist, you can leave it inside after turning off the oven.

Of course, Ms. Nilay knows better what size a medium cake mold is, but I think the mold I use for all cake recipes came out small because of the volume of apples. Because of this, the part with the round part in the middle cooked a little late. I kept it in the oven for 50-55 minutes in total, so there were very slight burns in the parts that were cooked in the normal time. I think that using baton mold is the best guarantee for this recipe. Also a very delicious cake, thanks for the recipe! :)

Yes, it was because of the gap in the middle. In such cases, you can transfer excess cake batter to 2-3 muffin cups and make small cakes. Thus, there is no burning.

Hello Naz, it's fine if you don't use hard green apples. Red colored ones cook well, neither stay raw nor overcooked and fall apart.
