Hazelnut cake is one of my first cake recipes. One of the simple and success-guaranteed recipes for those who are new to making cakes.

The important thing is that the ingredients are at room temperature while preparing the cake, and the sugar should be whisked with oil until it reaches a creamy consistency. If your eggs are not mixed well with the sugar, your cake will not rise as you would like, and because the sugars do not melt, you may find it crunchy while eating the cake.

Good luck to all cake lovers.

Love…

Ingredients for the Hazelnut Cake Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • half a glass of milk
  • 1,5 cup of crushed hazelnuts
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanillin (sugared vanillin)
  • 2,5 water glass flour

How to Make Hazelnut Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until white and creamy. Add oil and mix with milk.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, vanillin and cocoa through a sieve and mix with a spoon or spatula until there are no lumps.
  3. Finally, add the nuts and mix. Pour the cake mix into the greased cake pan with a brush.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 25-30 minutes (until the cake comes out dry when you insert a toothpick).

Hello, your page is super, your recipes are amazing, I'm confidently trying the recipes I love. Yesterday I couldn't stand it and I decided to make the hazelnut cake that I wanted for a long time. The cocoa in my hand was beautiful, dark color, just as I like it, I added a drop of chocolate to the cake, I forgot to look at the time when I put it in the oven, but I always checked it from the oven window, I checked the floor for about 1 hour, of course I checked it with a stick, I turned off the oven to make sure it was nice. but you took the cake out after 5 minutes, I covered it with a cloth as soon as I took it off, it was muddy when it got cold, I said what's up, I'll make the peace, I heated two glasses of milk with sugar, I poured it a little on top, it was only woven in 1 glass at first and the other one was woven slowly after 1 hour It is useful, so that all sides are equally wet, I kept it in the refrigerator at night. A slice of cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, served with chocolate sauce on top, taste and look magnificent. Thanks for the reciperrrrrrrrrrrrrr…

Exactly, my cake is darker than the picture here, was it because of the cocoa, or did I have too much eyeshadow, but it turned out just the way I like it...
