How to Make Sandwich Pastry Recipe?

  1. Take the water, oil and milk into the mixing bowl of the mixer. Add sugar and mix.

  6. Let rest covered for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Brush the beaten egg yolk on the buns and sprinkle with black cumin. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about (30 minutes) until the bottom and top are browned.
  8. Cover the cooked pastries with a cloth and let them rest until they reach room temperature.
  9. Divide the cooled pastries into two crosswise parts. Serve with sliced ​​cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and greens.
