Potato Pastry Quiche
Hello Dear Friends,
As the last working day of the week and the first weekend of Ramadan are approaching, I have a great recipe for you that you can prepare with meat dishes in iftar or with tea after iftar. The dough is leavened, but when you make it with butter, it is so delicious that I find it appropriate to call it quiche because of its taste and appearance.
You can add a little bit of nutmeg to the quiche with potatoes if you want, but I didn't add it because I used Pakmaya Yeast Pastry Mortar and it has a deep mahaleb flavor in the pastry dough.
Bacon can also be used for serving, but I think the smoked dried meat makes it dizzyingly beautiful. In order for the meat not to be roasted, you should place it on the person 8-10 minutes before taking it out of the oven.
In the coming days, my delicious iftar recipes with Pakmaya Poğaça Mortar will be with you.
