Unleavened Pastry with Dill
Hello Dear Friends,
I have a yummy donut recipe for you that you can prepare quickly with the ingredients at home. The weekend is coming, now those who want to spread the smell of dough in their home, raise your hands! :) Here's a yeast-free pastry recipe that I've prepared for you. You will not be able to eat it with pleasure. Try it for the weekend, you won't regret it. Since we don't use yeast, it doesn't take too long. Let's say you have a guest for breakfast in the morning, you don't even need to deal with it in the evening, knead it in the morning, shape it, bake it and eat it hot :)
Not only for breakfast, it will be one of my favorites for picnics this spring :) I'm sure everyone will like it with its rustic look :)

Ingredients for Dill Unleavened Pastry Recipe
- 1 egg (on top of the yolk into the white)
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 tea cup oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter (heaped)
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 tea spoon salt
- quarter bunch dill, finely chopped
- 3 glasses of flour (add the last glass little by little, depending on the consistency)
For inside:
- Feta cheese
How to Make Unleavened Pastry with Dill?
- Take the oil, yoghurt, butter, salt and egg whites of which you have separated the yolk into a deep bowl.
- Add 2 cups of flour, dill and baking powder and start kneading.
- Add 1 cup more flour and knead until the dough comes together.
- Tear off tangerine-sized pieces from the gathered dough, roll them in your hands and press them open.
- Put a piece of cheese in the middle and fold it closed.
- Press the ends so that they do not open and place them 2-3 cm apart on a baking paper lined tray.
- Brush the egg yolk on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 25 minutes).
