Practical Cherry Pie

Last week, we were instrumental in a good cause among the rush :) We also put a marriage proposal between sports, pool and shooting. For this offer, my brother-in-law and I went out this morning to look for a solitaire ring and shop for the rest of the materials.

My intention was to make chocolate strawberries, but due to the hot weather and the perishability of strawberries, we could not find strawberries anywhere (seller always gave this answer).

Anyway, we couldn't find strawberries, so we stayed with cherries, but I didn't feel comfortable. In tight times, one can be very practical. I bought sponge cake at the first grocery store I saw and in almost 15 minutes I prepared a simple but delicious cake.

This is how I tried the sauces that Carte d'Or sent me last week. I was very satisfied with both the whipped cream and the sauces. Those who tasted the cake liked it very much.

My favorite is definitely caramel sauce, I definitely recommend you to try it.

Love….

How to Make Practical Cherry Pie Recipe?

  1. Whisk your whipped cream with milk until it reaches the consistency to be cut with a knife and put it in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix hot water, coffee and sugar in the mug and wet 2 layers of your sponge cake with the help of a spoon and let it rest until it cools down.
  3. Remove the core of the cherries and cut them into 2-3 parts.
  4. Take the bottom of your soaked sponge cake on the serving plate. Squeeze the caramel sauce until it is completely covered.
  5. Spread half of the whipped cream you prepared on the caramel sauce and sprinkle a bowl of cherries on it.
  6. Place the ceiling of the moist sponge cake on the cherries. Spread the remaining whipped cream on top.
  7. Decorate the cake with whole cherries and pour the mixed berry sauce.
  8. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve by slicing.
