Ingredients for Mosaic Cake Recipe

  • 2 Packs of Potibor
  • 125 gr. Margarine (Half Pack)
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 4 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 150 gr. dark chocolate – it would be great if it was a couverture
  • Walnuts or hazelnuts upon request

How to Make Mosaic Cake Recipe?

  1. Melt the margarine in a Teflon saucepan or saucer, add the milk and cocoa, mix and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the finely chopped or chopped chocolates to the boiling milk and remove from the stove.
  3. When the chocolate is soft, mix it a little more and let it cool. Stir occasionally to allow the chocolate to thicken slightly.
  4. Break the biscuits into a large mixing bowl and pour the chocolate sauce over the biscuits. Mix all the sauce with the biscuits.
  5. If available, lay cling film on your mold, if not, on your kitchen counter and pour your biscuit mixture on the set.
  6. Then cover the cake with foil and place it in your deep freeze.
  7. After it has rested for 1-2 hours, take it out and serve by slicing.

    Thank you sooo much :)) I just made it, now I'm keeping it in the freezer, I'm looking forward to it, it's delicious when I taste it a little :)
    NOTE: I used a pack of petibores, my chocolate was also less, I made it with 1,5 spoons of starch and 2,5 spoons of sugar :))

    I chose yours from many mosaic cake recipes. I'm quite a novice in the kitchen, to be honest. I made it with a little less oil and dark chocolate and just a packet of biscuits. It was as good as the one I ate in the patisserie. I recommend it to everyone.

    As nagehan said, 2 packs of biscuits were enough. Even though I made a cake for the first time in my life, it was incredibly delicious…
    My advice to those who do not have a special sauce pan/container to make the chocolate sauce; Cook on very low heat. Even if it takes a little longer, you can cook it without sticking it to the bottom.

    yes, now...sir, I tried the cake last night, you said exactly 3 packs of biscuits, nilay, but my mother, the sauce for this was too little :)))) anyway, I broke two packs of biscuits, mixed them with it, put it in the fridge etc. You know how the cake was, you can hold it with your hands and taste like a biscuit.
