Pear Cake
The most ideal sweet pear cake for those who want to welcome the arrival of the weekend with a recipe that is as practical as it is enjoyable…
The cake of this cake is not the cake you know :) No flour is used in its making. The house smells like a real patisserie when the cake is baked.
I am sure that those who prepare only tramisu or practical cake recipes with catnip biscuits will like it.
You can also bake this cake, which does not fall apart with the baked pears and has a soft structure, in cupcake papers instead of a porcelain baking dish like me. In this way, you can evaluate not only pears, but also other fruits that are left alone at home.
You can get an even sharper flavor by drizzling apple, carob or grape molasses on it. The catnip biscuits I used in the making were plain and with cocoa. You can use whatever you have at home.
