To avoid lumps in the pudding, add the dry ingredients to the pot first, then add the cold milk and continue cooking until it thickens.

How to Make Tangerine Magnolia Dessert Recipe?

  1. Add flour, starch and granulated sugar to the pot. Add cold milk little by little and beat until there are no lumps.
  2. Add the egg yolk and continue beating. Add all the remaining milk and take it to the stove.
  3. Continue cooking until the pudding thickens. Once it thickens and bubbles start to appear, remove it from the stove.
  4. Add vanilla flavor and cream and mix.
  5. Put 4 tablespoons of biscuit crumbs at the bottom of 2 jars. Share the pudding you prepared among the glasses and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  6. Put the starch and granulated sugar into the sauce pot, add the tangerine juice little by little and whisk.
  7. When it thickens, remove it from the stove, let it rest for 2-3 minutes and share it over the puddings.
  8. Put the warm dessert in the refrigerator and let it rest for about 1 hour.
  9. Optionally, serve with 1 pack of whipped cream whipped with 1 glass of cold milk and tangerine slices.
