Chocolate Tangerine Slices
Hello Dear Friends,
I thought I'd share tomorrow's recipe from today :) Today, there were such beautiful tangerines in the neighborhood market that I could not resist, I bought 2-2,5 kilos. The new generation marketers have solved the problem and now they are laying them on the counter with their branches and leaves. I think this causes us poor city people to increase their appetite :)
As a matter of fact, I bought a lot of quince and apples from the street vendors there before I got on the ferry. This week, I intended to concentrate on apple and quince recipes and prepare serial recipes as I did in the past weeks. Anyway, these are the recipes for the following days :) By the way, if you have a request recipe with quince or apple, you can write it on a napkin and pass it from hand to hand :)
I think this practical fruity chocolate is literally a Christmas treat. You know, we used to peel kilos of fruit and put them on the tables with nuts, heh, this can be a cooler version of it :) Joking aside, chocolate, tangerine and the tiny sea salt you add on top form a legendary trio. I like the balancing of chocolate and salt, but my wife says it's better without salt. Give it a try first, sprinkle with salt or not.
Fondue There is no need to make a mess like this, you can prepare it in advance and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Yours ..
