Molasses Custard

Good morning everyone from the first day of the week!

Whatever happened this week, my whole routine changed again, I went to bed late at night and woke up around 5:30-06:00 in the morning. The good thing is that I am really fit and sleepy :) I hope I can get through the busy days this way and I can start to breathe a little soon.

We are still searching for a place for the 5.Traditional Kitchen Secrets Barbecue Party. Unfortunately, we cannot find a large (central) place to host a crowd like us and a malgal-loving community. I have another meeting today, I hope it will be a place where we feel comfortable even if it is far away and we will get rid of this uncertainty. If you have any suggestions, I'm waiting...

When it comes to our dessert, my recipe is Molasses Custard, which does not require much effort for those who want a sweet start to the week, yet is an incredible flavor bar.

As you know, the plate from the neighbor does not return empty. After dinner, I decided to prepare something simple to send the plates that came 1 day before. But I saw that there is not much at home other than milk, molasses and 1-2 small ingredients. When you put it in this, taste it and adjust your sugar, a very light and delicious dessert came out. Both my guest at home that evening and my neighbors loved the dessert.

I used it because I love the burnt taste of carob molasses. If you have grape molasses at home, you can use it in your dessert by determining the size according to your taste.

Ingredients for Molasses Custard Recipe

• 6 water glass milk
• 1 cup of carob molasses
• 1 teaspoon of starch
• 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter

How to Make Molasses Custard Recipe?

1. Put the milk and carob molasses in a saucepan.
2. Add starch and powdered sugar to it. Stir until the starch and sugar dissolve and put the saucepan on the stove.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the pudding thickens.
4. When the pudding thickens, add margarine or mix the butter for 1 more minute and cook.
5. Divide the custard into the molds and serve with chocolate chips and, if desired, regret.
