Hello Dear Friends,

I'm writing to you from Alanya right now :) When I couldn't stand being apart for a long time, I went to the computer saying this is an opportunity. Blogging has become an addiction for me. Even when I'm on vacation, my mind is here :) I'll be on my way back tomorrow night, but I thought I'd forgive you after a 4-5 day break with a recipe that suits this hot weather.

Milky desserts

Panna Cotta is a very light and delicious dessert even though cream is used. You can easily find red fruits in this season. Apart from blackberries, you can also use cherries.
If nothing goes wrong, we will continue from where we left off with great recipes on Monday. Love…
Note: You can buy leaf gelatin from shops that sell cake supplies.
Love…

Ingredients for Blackberry Sauce Panna Cotta Recipe

  • 250 ml cream
  • 35 gr granulated sugar
  • 75 ml milk
  • 6 g leaf gelatin
  • 1 stick of vanilla

Berry Sauce:

  • 100 g blackberries
  • 100 gr granulated sugar

How To Make Panna Cotta Recipe With Blackberry Sauce?

  1. Put the cream, granulated sugar and milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Divide the stick of vanilla in half lengthwise and with the help of a knife, scrape the tiny seeds inside and add it to the pot. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat.
  3. Add the leaf gelatin, which you have softened in cold water for 2 minutes, to the panna cotta and remove the pot from the stove.
  4. Mix until the gelatin dissolves and divide into containers that you have lightly moistened with water beforehand.
  5. After cooling the panna cotta in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, turn the mold upside down and transfer it to the serving plate.
  6. Mix the blackberries and granulated sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. When the sugar is completely melted, pass it through the bender and boil it until it thickens and remove from the stove.
  7. Serve your panna cotta with blackberry sauce.

Hello, it is a wonderful recipe, thank you.

Do you mind if you use blackberry jam – or any other jam – instead of following step 6?

    Love…

Hello. Good luck to your hands and hard work.
I would like to ask something, how many grams of vanilla powder can I use if there is no vanilla stick?
