Coffee Cups

A big hello to everyone,

I had decided to rest today in order to rest my eyes that have been staring at the slut from insomnia for days, but after a short try, I decided that laying down and resting was not suitable for me and threw myself into the kitchen.

Milky desserts

Although my eyes did not rest much, my mind was obviously rested :) You can use any fruit you have at home while preparing these cups. In fact, if you sprinkle a layer of biscuit crumbs between the fruits and the dessert, I say that it is inedible :)

For iftar, I'm thinking of preparing ravioli from pita that has started to go stale. It looks like it will be both a practical and delicious recipe.

I will share the recipe with you tomorrow. Love…

Ingredients for Coffee Cups Recipe

  • half a liter of milk
  • 2 tea glass of flour
  • 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
  • 2,5 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine

For the fruit cubes:

  • 1 pear
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of hazelnuts

For the above:

  • net nuts

How to Make Coffee Cups Recipe?

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the margarine. Add the flour to the melted margarine and fry for 2 minutes on low heat until the odor of the flour comes out without darkening the color of the flour.
  2. Add the milk little by little and mix the flour into the pot. After adding all the milk, add cocoa, coffee and all the sugar into it and mix until the dessert thickens.
  3. When the dessert starts to thicken, add the vanilla and remove from the heat.
  4. Chop the pears into cubes, mix them with cinnamon and hazelnuts, then divide into the cups.
  5. Pour the dessert you prepared on it, sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve.

Hello. I tried your recipe, but the amount of flour seemed too much to me. It was so dark that I could not turn it even though I mixed the flour with a blender. Thanks for your answer. By the way, your site is awesome. This is the first place I always look. Both for new recipes and for those I don't know.

Hi Hilal, Turkish coffee is fine, but only use 1 spoon. 3 in 1 can be a different experience :)

Thank you very much for the recipe. I want to try a very delicious and practical dessert as soon as possible. I just didn't know at what stage to put the coffee. Or did I not see it in the recipe?

    Respects..
