Homemade Strawberry Pudding
Hello Dear Friends,
The last recipe of the week, which I prepared with fragrant strawberries from the neighborhood market this week. Strawberry Pudding it happened. When buying, I bought a medium-sized case, not so little ice, I both ate and cooked :)
I prepared before Vanilla Pudding It's almost the same as the recipe, but this time I didn't add vanilla as I wanted to feel the strawberry flavor more. I also increased the wheat starch by 1 spoon as I added the strawberry as a puree.
For a strawberry nut like me homemade strawberry pudding It is a wonderful dessert, moreover, it has a more intense and fresh aroma than its ready-made ones.
I have prepared a practical jelly for the top, but if you do not want to use jelly, you can increase the amount of sliced strawberries and sugar, cook with 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice and distribute it on the puddings. Of course, it will be enough to just prepare the pudding and serve it with 1-2 slices of strawberries.
Depending on the size of the bowl or glass you will use in these dimensions, 4-6 servings of pudding comes out.
Love…
