I'm having a very busy week, both because of the holidays and the work I will do after. When new projects were added, I could not spare much time for myself. I haven't seen many of my friends for a long time, I can't even talk. Even though I neglect everything, even myself, I look forward to sharing recipes with you or answering your questions.

I continue to share the practical recipes that I prepared from the iftar I gave last week, and red pepper wrap is one of them. In fact, it was so rushed that I couldn't find the opportunity to take a photo of half of what I did. I will re-apply those recipes and photograph them for you.

How to Make Red Pepper Wrap Recipe?

  1. Roast the peppers on the grill of the oven, when they cool, peel the skins, cut them into 2 pieces lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Mash the cheese, walnuts and other ingredients on a plate with a fork and mix well.
  3. Spread the peppers you have prepared on the counter with the wide side facing you, just like the spring roll triangles. Put 1 teaspoon of the inside of the pepper on the wide side of the pepper and make a roll. Insert 1 toothpick each so that your rolls do not open.
  4. Take it on a serving plate, serve with a little olive oil and garlic vinegar, if desired.
