How is Haydari Made?
Until now, I have made changes and edits in my recipes from time to time, but this is the only appetizer I have made for 10 years without changing the dot because I think it suits my taste 😄
I published it for the first time in 2010, since then he tried and loved so much that I thought we should celebrate the 2020/21 transition 😍 As I said, the next days will be full of salads / appetizers.

How is Haydari Made? Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1,5 glass of strained yogurt
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 clove of garlic (optional)
- 1 small pinch of dill
- 1 small pinch of dried mint (optional)
- salt (no need to add if using salted cheese)
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
How is Haydari Made? How To Make The Recipe?
1. Take your cheese in a deep bowl, mash with a fork and mix. Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix again.
2. Add the grated garlic and continue mixing. (If you don't have much time, you can use a blender.)
3. Add 1 pinch of finely chopped dill and olive oil to your yogurt and mix well.
4. After resting in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, serve.
