Set the oven to 175C. Grease a deep cake tin. Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix the pear and walnuts. Pour the dense mixture you have obtained into the mold with a spoon.
