Hello everyone,

We had no fun for two days. It must have been something we ate, we were at the hospital yesterday. When testing etc., the diagnosis of food poisoning was put. We have only just begun to gather ourselves. When I opened my eyes and regained my normal eating habits, I found the strength to sit down and write. It's really tragic that someone whose life is based on cooking and food can't even look at food photos :)

Anyway, when I get over this situation instead of mixed things, I continue with a healthy and simple Aegean flavor.

The most important thing to consider when preparing herb salads is to boil them to taste if you are not going to serve them raw. If you boil it too much, it will discolor and you cannot serve the vibrant green in the photo.

Finally, you can serve your salad immediately, or you can rest it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve it after it has taken its flavor.

Hello, my mother makes this radish herb very well. Generally, when making radish grass, it scrapes the excess leaves from the branches and removes them. If you will see the flavor of its branches, it will come out more. The rest of the operations are all the same. :) I also recommend you to try it this way. :)

When you are abroad, people sigh at first sight, but I hope I will go fishing on the weekend :)
