Pear Compote Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe pears
  • 5-6 damson plums
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Fabrication:

  1. Peel the pears and remove the cores. After removing the seeds from the plums, chop the pears into cubes. Separate the grapes from the bunches.
  2. Add all 1,5 liters of water to a medium saucepan.
  3. Add the cloves and sugar and boil for about 15 minutes.
  4. When it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator. Serve cold
