Red Pepper Wrap

I'm having a very busy week, both because of the holidays and the work I will do after. When new projects were added, I could not spare much time for myself. I haven't seen many of my friends for a long time, I can't even talk. Even though I neglect everything, even myself, I look forward to sharing recipes with you or answering your questions.

I continue to share the practical recipes I prepared from last week's iftar, and red pepper stuffing is one of them. In fact, it was such a rush that I didn't have the opportunity to photograph half of what I did. I will apply those recipes again and photograph them for you.

Ingredients for Red Pepper Wrap Recipe

  • 8 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup of white cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • 4-5 stalks of Parsley
  • Nane
  • Red pepper
  • Toothpicks as many as the number of wraps
  • If your cheese is unsalted (salt)

How to Make Red Pepper Wrap Recipe?

  1. Roast the peppers on the grill of the oven, when they cool, peel the skins, cut them into 2 pieces lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Mash the cheese, walnuts and other ingredients on a plate with a fork and mix well.
  3. Spread the peppers you prepared on the counter with the wide side facing you, just like the triangles of spring rolls. Put 1 teaspoon of the filling you prepared on the wide side of the pepper and roll it up. Attach one toothpick each to prevent your rolls from opening.
  4. Take it on a serving plate, serve with a little olive oil and garlic vinegar, if desired.

Hello Ceren, there is no harm in making it 1 day in advance. Since you will only keep it in the cupboard, I suggest you close it with cling film in an airtight way.
