From Blogs to Your Table

Hello Dear Friends,

Since 2007, thanks to the secrets of the kitchen, I have been a guest in your homes and maybe even a little bit into your life, and even the thought of this makes me write more determined to make me happy. You know that I am one of you in life (thinking about what to cook for dinner, not giving up on the street market, going to the market and watching the aisle for a long time). That's why we have a real bond. Here are many food blogger ladies who live like me and share their experiences and what they cooked that day.

I talked about the social responsibility project we realized by gathering under the roof of EKS Culinary Academy. This project, in which I took part both with my recipes and as the photographer of the book, bore fruit as a unique book. Together with my dear Ebru Altan, we shot 4 delicious recipes of 42 wonderful bloggers for 126 days at EKS Studio. (Of course, we had the privilege of tasting almost all of these recipes :)

I would like to thank all my blogger friends, dear Ebru and Eyüp Şef who contributed to this project.

The expected book of bloggers is out

Selected Flavors from Blogs to Your Table, which brought together 42 bloggers who are passionate about cooking, took their place on the shelves. In the book where different perceptions, tastes and comments about food meet; There are a total of 3 recipes, 126 from each blogger. With the recipes they share, bloggers ask, “What should I cook today?” For those who think, it offers inspiring options ranging from local dishes to world cuisine, from salty snacks to desserts.
