Spinach Meatballs

Again, I have a delicious recipe that you can prepare with less ingredients. Spinach meatballs are a great flavor that doesn't get tired. The important thing is to pay attention to kneading and resting. You see, it is very dry, you can add very little milk.

Ingredients for Spinach Meatballs Recipe

How to Make Spinach Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Wash the spinach, dry the leaves and chop finely. Grate the onion and squeeze the juice lightly. Crush the garlic.
  2. Take spinach, onion and garlic in a deep mixing bowl. 
  3. Add breadcrumbs, curd cheese, eggs and spices and knead.
  4. When it starts to come together like a dough, let it rest for 5-10 minutes (it gets softer as it rests) 
  5. Take 12-13 pieces from the dough and shape into meatballs with your hands.
  6. Let it rest for another 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Dip the meatballs in breadcrumbs, fry both sides in hot oil.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
