• 2 pack of dark chocolate (160 g)
• half a glass of butter (75 g)
• 1 small egg
• half a glass of granulated sugar
• 1,5 water glass flour
• 1-2 drops of vanilla
• half a pack of baking powder
• peanut butter

How To Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies? How To Make The Recipe?

1. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the room temperature butter. Bring to room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until sugar dissolves. Add in the chocolate mixture and mix.
3. Add the baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix with the help of a spatula.
4. Portion the cookie dough with a spoon or ice cream scoop on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper at 4-5 cm intervals.
5. Make a hole in the middle with a teaspoon and pour peanut butter.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
7. When it comes to room temperature, remove it from the tray and serve.
