Puff Pastry with Cheese

Various I wrote a puff pastry recipe but I skipped the simplest one, especially the cheese and chocolate puff pastry, which is one of the children's favorite recipes. I wrote about the cheese, we don't do anything extra for the chocolate, but I prefer to sprinkle hazelnuts on top of it instead of sesame seeds or black cumin.
Let me prepare a fresh and warm recipe in cold weather without tiring it out, or if you have a last-minute guest, it's a hearty flavor that can be on your table in 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients for Cheese Puff Pastry Recipe
- 10 square puff pastry dough
- 150 g of feta cheese
- parsley
For the above:
- 1 egg yolks
- Sesame
- Black seed
How to Make Cheese Puff Pastry Recipe?
- Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and unpack it and place it on the counter. Let it soften for 5-7 minutes.
- Chop the parsley, mash the cheese and mix well in a deep plate.
- Put the mixture you prepared in the middle of each of the puff pastries, fold the puff pastry in half and close it.
- Cover with a fork by pressing the edges and place them on the baking tray at 1-2 cm intervals.
- Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
It is a very nice aperitif and practical as well as afternoon tea.
