I love tomato soup, it's delicious with crusty bread and plenty of grated cheddar cheese. Especially drinking it in a big soup cup gives me more pleasure :)

The redness and flavor of tomato soup may differ according to the season, the more delicious your tomatoes are, the more delicious your soup will be. Sometimes I prepare canned tomato grater in the summer, sometimes I throw the grated tomatoes in the freezer in freezer bags.

If it tastes a little sour, I add milk to it. Thanks to the sour tomatoes, this soup is one of those with milk tomato soup :)

Ingredients for Tomato Soup Recipe

  • 2 cups of tomato puree
  • 4,5 water glass of water
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoons of butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • For serving: optional cheddar cheese

Fabrication:

  1. Put the olive oil and butter in a saucepan. Add flour and tomato paste and fry.
  2. Add the grated tomato to the flour you roasted and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat by stirring.
  3. Add 1 glass of milk + 4,5 glasses of water to the tomatoes.
  4. Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until the soup boils.
  5. After your soup boils, cook for another 7-8 minutes and turn off the stove. Serve hot.

    Is there any harm in boiling the water in the kettle? Shall I put it cold? Also, at which stage is it better to add salt? Thanks : )

      I add the salt while it is boiling, do not boil the water in Kattle, it should boil on its own to give it its taste.

    I tried the recipe, my wife and my mother liked it very much. While I was cooking the flour and adding the tomatoes, I added 1 grated carrot and added the water and boiled it, then passed it through the blender.

    i tried it, i did it as i know, a friend wrote that i couldn't melt the tomatoes, if you boil the tomatoes whole first, they melt better tomatoes :) it's nice tskler…

    Yes, I cooked the soup according to your recipe, I threw two cloves of garlic in it, I couldn't melt the tomatoes, I finally scrambled them with ronbdo. It was very good. It is our favorite soup now, but the tomato soups we ate outside in the restaurant were dyed because the one I made was not red

    The soup recipe is very good and delicious. I recommend it. If you add a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of cumin, and about a tablespoon of mint, it will have a perfect taste and aroma.

    I recommend adding finely chopped fresh basil to the serving plates, or adding dry basil to the serving plates. It's going superrrrr. Today I made it with the juice of the field tomatoes that I chopped to deepfreeze. No tomato paste. With extra virgin olive oil. It was very nice…..
