Tomato soup
I love tomato soup, it's delicious with crusty bread and plenty of grated cheddar cheese. Especially drinking it in a big soup cup gives me more pleasure :)
The redness and flavor of tomato soup may differ according to the season, the more delicious your tomatoes are, the more delicious your soup will be. Sometimes I prepare canned tomato grater in the summer, sometimes I throw the grated tomatoes in the freezer in freezer bags.
If it tastes a little sour, I add milk to it. Thanks to the sour tomatoes, this soup is one of those with milk tomato soup :)

Ingredients for Tomato Soup Recipe
- 2 cups of tomato puree
- 4,5 water glass of water
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoons of butter
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- For serving: optional cheddar cheese
How To Make Tomato Soup Recipe?
- Put the olive oil and butter in a saucepan. Add flour and tomato paste and fry.
- Add the grated tomato to the flour you roasted and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat by stirring.
- Add 1 glass of milk + 4,5 glasses of water to the tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until the soup boils.
- After your soup boils, cook for another 7-8 minutes and turn off the stove. Serve hot.
