Ingredients for Spinach Meatballs Recipe
- 250 grams of spinach
- grated 1 small onion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Half a glass of breadcrumbs
- 1 heaping tablespoon of curd cheese
- 1 large eggs
- Salt, pepper
- Breadcrumbs and oil for frying
How to Make Spinach Meatballs Recipe?
- Wash the spinach, dry the leaves and chop finely. Grate the onion and squeeze the juice lightly. Crush the garlic.
- Take spinach, onion and garlic in a deep mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, curd cheese, eggs and spices and knead.
- When it starts to come together like a dough, let it rest for 5-10 minutes (it gets softer as it rests)
- Take 12-13 pieces from the dough and shape into meatballs with your hands.
- Let it rest for another 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Dip the meatballs in breadcrumbs, fry both sides in hot oil.
- Serve hot or cold.
